    I am disabled (knees) so i cannot get down to the floor and work, i cannot work in a kneeling position and i cannot crouch to get access. With these restrictions and my age (79) i still built this machine, on my own, while sitting on a stool, it was easy. I laid all the parts out carefully, checked them off from the instructions pamphlet and following the instructions with care, put it together. All the wiring is in place and just needs the plugs connecting, they are very small but beautifully designed and just need care, and the metal work is quite straight forward. The one slight problem is connecting the tension cable, it is easy to understand but you require strong fingers?. I am 6’3″ and fourteen stone, it carries my weight easily but my 35″ legs are slightly more bent than i like when fully extended. I might put another adjustment hole in, i think it will allow it?. The limited computer is very simple (battery operated) and it gives basic information. I use a chest strap and watch heart monitor so time and cadence is all i need from it.

I am used to putting things together but this was one really tough assembly. I also put it together on my own, it was really hard to position the large heavy pieces into a position where i could fit the next bit to it. It was awkward and for me very heavy to balance. With no instructions this did make things a little difficult but not to much as its fairly straight forward. Either the instructions where lost or not put in but if this is the case them i’m sure if you contact the company then they will send you some. As for the machine, its comfy with a very large seat and adjustable length, i’m not to sure that the heart rate monitors work but again not an issue.     1. Easy going excercise bike. . Very comfortable low resistance excercise bike. Xs sports we’re very helpful when i found a problem with the resistance. It was replaced within a few days. As i say it’s a very easy bike to use, may be not for the serious gym buff.
