So uncomplicated to just bounce on and do my ten minutes. So uncomplicated to just bounce on and do my 10 minutes each other working day, i feel extra toned immediately after every single use. Cant assume of anything as basic to use with great final results at so very little hard work.

This is fantastic, can sense the muscular tissues performing. This is excellent, can truly feel the muscle mass doing the job. Only challenge was the dvd didnt work but hey you can workout with out it.

I am so happy with this merchandise. I am so happy with this product or service, my entire household are making the most of applying it. The dvd workout you get with this is so truly worth accomplishing.

      1. I looked at all the plates available and chose this one and glad i did. I have started to use it regularly and i am so pleased as it is helping me to trim down. Great for anyone looking for a low impact workout with great benefits.

    1. Gosh it is such a quiet machine. Although we have had it for 48hrs. We are so glad we took the gamble. Very strong bit of kit so well made and compact. So go on ,you will not be dissapointed.

    I have had my vibropower15 months and for the last month i have been on it every night which i enjoyed only now it as started to make a loud noise i phoned customer care to ask when the warranty lasts i was told a year which was fine until i went on to ideal world site and if you bought a vibropower you were offered a extending warranty another year i believe when i bought mine i was not offered this as i would have taken the offer up.

    This product is great as it works all of the muscles in the. This product is great as it works all of the muscles in the arms,legs,bum & tummy area increases the workout by vibration which makes the muscles contract at a far greater rate than normal , several levels from beginner to more advanced which can be chosen via a remote control. Cardio workout with the 2 stretch bands which can be secured at either side of the vibration platform to work the arms & chest just use for 3 minutes a day or every other day.

    Don’t expect to be getting away with an easy time excersizeing with this piece of kit. You won’t realise at first just how much you do actually work up a good sweat before you know what’s going on. Very easy to get into at first but you soon progress into a full workout that you can taylor to your own needs. I’m an ms sufferer and i managed to work a system that works for me, if i can then so can you.
