V-Fit MTT1 Self-Powered Folding Treadmill, V Fit MTT1 – perfick!

The treadmill is what i expected for the price. It takes a little getting used to, since the lack of motor means having to hold on and maintain a ridgid torso in order to keep running/walking. It works, but you get what you pay for.

Wonderful product and amazingly well constructed for the price. Took just ten minutes to assemble and didn’t need to adjust anything at all. Whole family from 6 to 50+ uses it. Equally good for running or power walking with the fixed incline a real plus. And just took 3 days to arrive using super saver delivery. Well done amazon, yet again. V-fit mtt1 mini manual treadmill.

This product was easy to set up but does require a bit of pushing and pulling when raising the handlebar frame into the upright position. Initially the belt does slip left to right but is easy to adjust with clear instructions in the manual and on the equipment. Clear computer display and easy to use. I have used electronic treadmills at the gym and this is a brilliant alternative for those on a budget or short of space in your home. Amazon delivered this product within 2 working days.

An ok buy, if you are on a budget. I bought one of this, ten days ago. I ‘ve already used it five times. According to my short-lived experience, i will lay out some usefull imho information on manual treadmills in general(mostly answers to questions i had myself, before buying one of these), and then my thoughts on the quality of this particular product. This is a non-motorized(magnetic) treadmill. This practically means, that you ‘ll need to keep your hands on the handles at all times(which might be an issue for really tall people. I am a little over 6ft and i feel like, it would have been better, if the handles were build a little bit higher. This depends on the model of the treadmill i guess). There is no way to control the speed at which you are running elsewise, and unless you do that, you ‘ll end up surely with your face on the floor(it accelerates non-stop, if you don’t keep grabing the handles). You can walk/run on it, as fast/long as you want(according to the digital display, i ‘ve managed to hit more than 22km/h, while testing it). Bear in mind, that it has a native, non-changeable inclination of 8%, and you’ll be the one, moving the belt(my point is, that it is way more difficult, than just jogging ouside. It helps a lot if you apply some pure silicone grease/spray under the belt from time to time). To put things into perspective, i usually jog at 12-13km/h for a whole hour outside(and i am able to do 20sec sprints every few minutes), or run 4x5km laps with short breaks in between, in 2 hours time.

V-fit MTT1 Self-Powered Folding Treadmill : Not that impressed with it,not bad for the money.

  1. Good for walking, easy assemble. I only want to walk on an incline so perfect for me. U do have to hold on so wouldn’t recommend for running.

    1. Delivered with all four corner plastic covers smashed and computer not working at all. Even polystyrene packaging inside was broken. The couriers must have had a field day dropping/throwing it in spain/portugal. I am partially disabled and the repackaging and return to the local post office was most difficult. Amazon quickly dispatched a replacement by ups (alternative to original couriers) which i received and am happy with but still one corner cover broken. I shall repair this with super glue. The treadmill took 45min to assemble and seems good value. The computer is a bit inaccurate but i would expect that at the price. I had a kettler treadmill several years ago but that was in another league quality wise.

Walking, yes, running, maybe not. I found it easy enough to set up on my own though it is heavy so, if in doubt, get someone to help. It’s also very easy to adjust the belt if it slips or moves to one side which mine did at first but, having adjusted it as per the instructions, it’s been fine for a couple of weeks so far. As i never intend to do anything more than a fast walk on it, it will be fine for what i need but if you are considering one of these to run on, i’d look elsewhere. The display is clear enough but i’m far from convinced by the pulse readout; far too much variation and the speed seem very variable too. Overall, i’m quite happy with it.

I honestly didn’t expect it to be this good, bearing in mind the low price. It is solid and heavy enough to withstand my heavy plodding, and great quality. Nice little finishing touches such as the padded bar to hold on to and the chrome heart rate and speed sensors. I put it together on my own without much trouble at all, and even the instructions are pretty straightforward. All the tools i needed were included, saving me the trouble of searching in the toolbox. I’ve never tried a motorised treadmill so don’t know how they compare. What i like about this though is the fact that i am in control of how slow or fast i go and the change from slow to faster is smooth. It also stops pretty quick if i need it to – just in casei expected it to be much noisier but i don’t find it too bad at all, just a sort of whirring noise as it spins round. Even on upstairs floorboards, the noise is minimal.

I got it home in quick time it was easy to put together and it folds up nice and neat when not in use. In all i am pleased as it does exactly what it says and you do feel like you have worked hard after use. I would say far harder than motorised machine.

      1. No problems with the assembly, even the belt slipping to the left was overcome with a minor adjustment as per the manual. For those short on space it is an ideal piece of exercise equipment also perfect for someone like me who doesn’t want to be pounding the streets in the up and coming dark evenings.

The treadmill is easy to assemble, and operate, however i found that the monitor is resetting itself whilst in the middle of an operation. It may just be a faulty monitor and i am going to contact the company for a replacement. In terms of a basic treadmill for those wanting to exercise on a regualr basis without wanting to spend a lot of money i would recommend this product.

V-fit mini manual treadmill review. I didn’t find this the easiest to assemble. It seemed the base and then the top was about one width of the bars out but after a lot of pulling and pushing i managed to get it to fit and it hasn’t come apart yet. This manual treadmill is much harder than using a motorised one. You definately need to concentrate on it just to get it to move at an even pace. However i find the sweat pours off after only a few minutes unlike the motorised one i had before. Therefore it must be doing me more good and burning more fat. Overall good value for money.
