I am really delighted with this equipment. It is very powerful even at the minimal speeds. At the larger speeds you genuinely truly feel as however you have has a good health and fitness center workout. Fantastic equipment operating very effectively. Excellent device doing work extremely perfectly, just hope it continue to does soon after long intervals of use. It has really excellent rubber feet which maintain it really securely on a tiled ground and a small rolling bar beneath which makes it possible for it to be wheeled together as it is a little bit major to have. Only down aspect is the instruction manual which has a chart displaying the speed information of all 10 prefixed programmes but the printing is so quite compact you require a magnifying glass to read through it. Also there is no instruction to notify you what advantages you get from the many programmes. It does come with a wall poster which shows distinctive positions to stand for different workouts but does not demonstrate what speeds to use for these exercises, also the wall poster is built for the power plates with vertical column and rails. So 5 stars for the device but only 2 stars for the guide.

Compared to other more expensive machines this is an excellent buy, it does what it says on the tin, it help shake off those extra flabby bits that are hard to move, also it’s great just to stand on and just relax after a long day as it shakes the aches away , i would recommend this as an easier way of getting into shape, with my diet i’ve dropped 7lbs in the first 2 weeks.

Seems to be working some magic although have also started 20 mins hiit in the morning time. Both together and i feel great.

    Very good machine with a wide range of pre-programmed settings. After a reasonably thorough review of a range of massage plates both for price and specification, i chose this machine and can say, so far, i am very pleased with its features and performance. Excellent machine with a wide range of programmed settings that does what it says. This machine did arrive without the exercise chart but a message to the vendor quickly resolved that issue, the exercise chart could relate better to the pre-programmed settings to explain which exercise to use when.
