This is a nice piece of equipment. Not sure yet of the difference it is making but i will persevere and see what happens.

Can use in seated position that helps legs when disabled.

Please note that it is pretty heavy. Early days but i will update review once i’ve used it a while. Update:have been using this the last few days. I’ve started off easy speed for 10 minutes, but my muscles are feeling it. You feel like you’ve done weights at the gym. It’s definitely making my muscles work. Purchased this 2 weeks ago and toned up already. Great little machine and doesn’t take up much room; is light and portable. I am 61 and have joint and other health problems -you just have to be aware what hurts you and adjust your stance accordingly. If you know you have bad health you shouldn’t be be looking at this type of thing and blame other people for it not being suitable for you. Not all people over 60 are unfit.

Just what i was looking for and it does what it is supposed to do.

However it would be much easier to use if sent with a excersises sheet.

    Delivered day before expected. Very quiet and 5 set programs starting at 3min to 10min, can adjust time if required. One little problem, i can’t work out how to attach the arm straps as i expected them to hook on the platform through the loops attached but there is nothing on the straps to enable this (see pic).
