I had a much more high priced one particular that broke, and took a gamble on this. For the cash you won’t be able to go improper.

Awesome merchandise at a very handy cost. I genuinely like it and it is pretty uncomplicated to use, will take quite very little room and uncomplicated to move between rooms.

1st time i have tried out a vibration. To start with time i have attempted a vibration plate. I discovered i required to use the resistance bands for balance. Only draw back is the consumer manual – isn’t going to explain what programmes to use for the diverse workouts. Images in guide are in faint gray, which is not pretty valuable.

    Instructions very vague so google what you need to do. Mine was absent the remote control, but company have assured me one will be delivered within 3 weeks.

    1. My vibration plate arrived very promptly and i think it is amazing lovely quality quite heavy but easy to move as it has wheels on it. I was surprised how quiet it is when running. I think the info leaflet could be more informative as not much info in it but there are lots of things on youtube that you can follow. Only been using it 3 days and i can really feel the benefit i am not so stiff in my joints and think my tummy feels flatter already.

    My vibration plate arrived very promptly and i think it is amazing lovely quality quite heavy but easy to move as it has wheels on it. I was surprised how quiet it is when running.     I’ve previously had a vibrapower. I’ve previously had a vibrapower, and this is much better. It weighs less, is very easy to move out of the way after you’ve used it, it’s quieter and costs less. Very easy to use, had it 2 weeks and am really enjoying it. Definitely wakes me up in the morning and am starting to see improvements in my shape. Don’t know about weight loss, not had it long enough. I would definitely recommend it.

After quite a bit of research into vibration plates etc, the reasejoy vibration plate looked the most robust, it can take a heavy weight (that’s me), the price is very competitive (again that’s me), the range of the vibes goes from very slow to very fast, so it’ll suit almost anyone, i use it every day and i’m sure i’m getting some benefit from it, i would recommend it and am glad i bought one.

    I am retired and developed a severe knee pain which prevented me walking long distances and more importantly driving. Went to the doctors who prescribed pain killers and referred me to a specialist clinic that had a 6 month delay. In the meantime i did some research and discovered a number of parties suggesting that plate vibrators can help. I have had the machine now for a week and from the first time i used the machine the pain was gone. I am not suggesting that this will work for all cases but it certainly has with me. The machine seems well constructed and very solid, it is too soon to see if it will last. Can’t vouch for it’s exercise potential it is too soon to tell. But you can certainly feel your muscles working.

    1. I read all the reviews before buying and for the price ( i wasn’t sure how i’d get on with it) chose this one and i’m pleased i did. It’s quiet and easy to use i have degenerative joint problems and this wasn’t too hard on the joints. It’s a good size easy to hide away and get out. Best of all user friendly and easy to start up and go.
