Pocket size health machine. Cycle in comfort while in your chair ,great exercise for arms and legs. Bought this after borrowing a very similar one from my physiologist.

A good exercise machine for the money. . Good value for money,only downside is that it does get warm by the pedals after a little while so find it best to cool down before carrying on.

Was quite pleased with till i tried to adjust the foot straps and all the plastic nodules snapped off.

Just lean it against the wall it stays still and really does get her blood moving in her feet and legs.

    Does the job very well for arm and leg pedalling. . Bought as of late the weather’s been rubbish, and i’m recovering from leg/joint injury. Used for an hour or so in the morning, and again pm, this works a treat. A pretty basic machine, even so it does the job, placed on most surfaces. Tho bought a non slip mat (yet to arrive) for use on laminate floor. Lcd display is more than adequate, rpm and time/calories burnt useful. The pedal straps are made of flexible plastic, which may not last. For the price, this pedalpro machine is very good. Five stars as good value for money. Be aware that this exercise pedaller can and does make a bit of a squeaky noise if too much tension is wound in via the threaded adjustment grip. Recommendedespecially at the price.

    1. I think it overstates the number of calories burned, which helps me feel good even when i’m sure it is lying but as someone with restricted mobility i find it very useful.
