Oypla Amazing Sofa Exercise Bike / Arm Chair Leg Exerciser : Very good and useful product

Can sit and peddle away for hours just right for. Can sit and peddle away for hours just right for my stiff knee joints yes it does help (watch out sir bradley ).

Having recently had a knee replacement i can recommend this for physio but is great for any armchair exercise to build muscle strength great item and very good price.

Good value for the money i didn’t want to spend a lot on an exercise bike but this works well i have a knee problem and it is helping me strengthen my knee plus it doesn’t take up much room. Here are the specifications for the Oypla Amazing Sofa Exercise Bike / Arm Chair Leg Exerciser:

It is a moderate exercise bike.

Bolts missing so had to go out and purchase replacements before it was usable. The feet are not very grippy so it slides easily on laminate, tile, etc. Better if you intend to use on carpet. Really would be better if it were made of a heavier material. The tension adjuster doesn’t make a great deal of difference – fine if you have weakness in your legs or feet, but could benefit from having higher ‘gears’. Compared to an actual bike it’s roughly gears 1-4 of a 15 gear.

    Arrived early and easy to assemble but it creaks when using it.

    1. Very good and useful product. Very good and useful product. Takes up little room, but does the job of an exercise bike. Very good value for mone, i would definitely recommend.

    1. Because of complications during spinal surgery, i developed a. Because of complications during spinal surgery, i developed a drop foot. With physiotherapy and exercises at home, this very basic set of pedals helped a lot. Just make sure you put something heavy in front of it if your using it on carpet.

    This is great value for money, using it has eased my aching knees after using it for only a days, i would say if you want something easy to assemble and stored this is it. Extremely satisfied and the delivery was brilliant.

    Oypla amazing sofa exercise bike. I bought this as i am always at my pc desk and wanted something to work my legs. This worked well at the start, but sadly the traction has started to wear away. For the price i would say it was worth it as a “starter” bit of kit. But would probably buy elsewhere in the future.

    1. Bought this for my mam but she doesn’t use it. Bought this for my mam but she doesn’t use it, my dad does though and says it helps his calf muscle.

    Exercise bike is really great and perfect for strengthening my leg muscles. I use it for approx an hour daily and have already found it beneficial.
