It seemed frustrating when ur arrived but as i received heading it grew to become clearer and clearer. It possibly took me just under an hour to do but i went little by little. You will find an unknown clicking occasionally when i use it but otherwise i am rather happy. Was shipped with no challenges.

Strong development and incredibly light-weight for motion on wheels contemplating its sturdiness and large metalwork. Extremely impressed for an item in its cost variety.

  1. Was fairly quite in the first couple of weeks of use but has become very clunky. I suppose it’s ok if you’re not very heavy, say under 15 stone. I don’t think it’ll be too long before i purchase a better more robust model.

    A little noisy though,just listen to some music while working out.

    It seemed overwhelming when ur arrived but as i got going it became clearer and clearer. It probably took me just under an hour to do but i went slowly. There’s an unidentified clicking sometimes when i use it but otherwise i’m pretty pleased. Was delivered with no problems.

    I’m really pleased with how it’s lasting – and that it hasn’t. I’ve owned this for a year now, and it has been used at least three times a week by two people without needing anything more than some basic tightening of the handles. I’m really pleased with how it’s lasting – and that it hasn’t started making weird noises.

    I have only just assembled my cross trainer, but am so happy with it. I researched a lot of cross trainers before choosing this model. This one is quite large ( but i have a tiny flat), but a bigger wheel provides better resistance. My only niggle is i couldn’t reach the arms too well (i’m 5’9″) so we swapped left and right and it’s fine now. My partner put it together quickly and it runs smoothly with minimal noise. Solid and good quality, looking forward to using it.

    I’ve needed to get my self fit for some years now, like a lot of people its easy to make excuses not going for walks or runs or even down the gym, i have in the passed been fit going to the gym a few times a week, thought this looked like an answer to my lack of exercise. 5 stone so am a reasonable size, i needed something that was well built. The box is come in is fairly big and reasonably heavy, you may need a hand to build etc. It needs assembly which does look scary when you first look, there are a fair amount of bits. The instructions were very good, i followed the pictures rather than reading through them, it took me about half an hour to build, which i actually enjoyed, it won’t be everyones cup of tea, i think most cross trainers would need building, its not exclusive to this make or model. This model has a footprint of 100 x 61cm (w x d) which fits nicely in our spare bedroom, which is being used for a bit of storage while why decorate our bedroom, i will move it in to our bedroom once i’m done with the paint brush, i did look at a couple prier to this model and they were much bigger. I’ve been using the cross trainer now for half an hour each day for a week, it took a bit of getting used to, it felt a bit like running while riding a bike to begin with. I’m liking it, it gives me a good work out, like a lot of things you have to work hard to make it count, no point plodding along all the time, it may help you start slowly but before long i bet your racing with it.
