When our pro10 arrived, we have been very shocked at how weighty it was. It was delivered by 2 persons and it necessary itwe are amazed at the excellent of the products and would strongly recommend it. The pro10 is very effective and will not make a lot of noise. It genuinely is as powerful as the powerplate in our nearby fitness center and we really don’t very have an understanding of why it was only [. We have been applying for two and a fifty percent weeks and currently i see and truly feel a substantial improvement in muscle mass tone.     I had used a powerplate at my local spa but couldn’t afford to pay £6,000 so spent a lot of time looking at reviews on the internet for a practical home alternative. I am really pleased by the jtx pro-10 which has totally met my expectations. The bottom hand-held control is really useful when exercising at a low level and is easily replaced as it is magnetic. I can still hear the television or music over the noise of the machine when exercising too – it is not intrusive. It comes with a dvd which is fairly basic and the offer of a lesson in how to use it from the manufacturer although if you’ve used a large plate in your local gym or spa you won’t need either. The poster gives all the basic moves and an exercise ball is also used to add variety to the exercises.

I bit the bullet and bought the jtx-pr0 10. It is a brilliant machine, much more like the very expensive gym ones. One of the screws doesn’t go in but it’s not effecting the function and it’s fits into the corner of my office perfect, so i can use it whilst looking out onto the passing stream. Wonderfulit works as good as the ones in the gym and i’m feeling the effects and seeing the results. It’s worth the investment as last year i paid £1000 in gym fees and went twicewith this if i’ve 15mins i can jump on, do the 11minute programme and i’m sorted for the day.     Very sturdy and substantial piece of equipment. The price is very reasonable, i’d never buy a cheap one of these as the speeds aren’t always correct and these do work muscles hard. I can’t see you’ll buy a better machine unless you go into the £5000 and above professional price ranges. I use the machine to mainly end a weights session, it helps the blood flow and in my estimation helps to push out lactic acid (as the blood keeps pumping. This is a non scientific theory but i’m sticking to it)very good for the legs, squats and thrust exercises are easy, especially with the handy wall chart they also send with the machine. It has fit in very nicely to my professionally equipped gym and i can see this product is certainly strong enough to last many years and also comes with a fantastic warranty (only mistake i made was i disposed of the boxes before reading the warranty, you have to keep hold of them. Doh)all in all, delighted with this purchase and the company who supplied it. I’ve never had an after sales ‘are you happy and do you need any tips’ call before.

It is extremely heavy so definitely need 2 people to lift and put together, but heavy means a very sturdy and solid piece of equipment and will definitely last allot longer than the cheaper ones. I have learnt my lesson through buying cheaper products cause you buy cheap you end up buying another one lol. Def recommend this company selling this and the equipment itself is brilliant so just hoping now it will help me tone up but time will tell.

      1. Absolutely first class machine. I ordered this machine direct, the lady was extremely helpful and although it was past the cut off time she managed to get it to me me by 10. On the following day which was very impressive. I had done a lot of research and had been looking at the my5 machine, unfortunately it was way out of my budget. The jtx pro 10 actually has a higher spec than the my5 and whilst it is a heavy machine because of the wheels you can move it about if necessary, which you can’t do with the my5. It comes with a dvd and an exercise chart, and extra comfort mat, together with a very useful mat to put under the machine on a hard floor, plus the allen keys to put it together. It was extremely easy to put together and the instructions were very clear. My son helped me as it is a lot easier to do with two of you.

    1. The product is sturdy, weighty and sleek. I have been using a ‘power plate’ several times a week for 6 months in a gym so i knew what i wanted and what results to expect. This product is considerably cheaper but, as far as i can tell, gives the same results. I wouldnt buy a very cheap model – i think it is unlikely to work well. I researched well and i am very pleased with this buy. As an experienced ‘plater'() id recommend it highly.

  15. Great results – recommended. This machine is incredibly powerful. I have used my friends power plate on the top setting with no problem, but i haven’t yet used this one higher than 40hz. It looks more like the machine they have at david lloyd than the one in my local nail salon. Have used for 3 weeks and lost 5 pounds, although i have also been doing yoga so it can be hard to tell whats been making the difference. But you can definitely feel the extra tone in your muscles after you’ve used it and i have been feeling great.
