Great size for taller people. Feels very sturdy and quick to adjust whilst sharing with my partner. Great size too, i’m 6’4 and don’t need the adjustments maxed out. One annoyance is it is a bit squeaky, but i’ll be taking the advice of another reviewer by getting some lubricant.
Can be adjusted to specific needs and feels exactly like riding on the road. The bike can be adjusted to specific needs and feels exactly like riding on the road. Very stable and strong, will easily hold the weight stated, great value for the money.
I recently bought this bike direct from the manufacturer. I ould have to say that the hardest part of putting it together was actually carrying it upstairs. If you have put a normal bike together before, then this is easy. It is important to make sure that everything is done up as tight as possible. The bike rides really well, and smoothly. There is a bit of noise, but that is to be expected really as the resistance is done with padding rather than magnets. Like all saddles, this one takes a bit of getting used to, but once you do its absolutely fine. In less than a week, i have already done over 100 miles on it, and i can see it lasting forever. Here are the specifications for the JLL IC300 Indoor Cycling Exercise Bike:
- 18KG flywheel which allows a smooth ride for beginners or a challenging and tough workout for serious athletes.
- 6 vertical levels handle bar adjust, 6 levels seat horizontal adjust and 10 levels vertical adjust
- 3 piece crank system on the pedals making it stronger and more reliable.
- Direct chain driven for a comfortable pedalling in both directions: forwards and backwards, this simulates the feel of riding a real bike. 130KG maximum user weight.
- ROHS CE compliance.
Good solid bike and really easy to put together. Wouldn’t say the ride is super smooth when peddling and i haven’t had any of the wailing noise others have experienced but the chain/flywheel does make some noise which can get quite annoying after a while. Will update review after a few weeks of hard useupdate****had the bike for a few weeks now and racked up a fair few miles on it, so feel it’s time to update my review. I do generally really really like the bike. I’ve seen some reviews complaining about the seat but i actually really like the seat. The whole purpose of this type of bike is to try and replicate a road bike experience and quite frankly, road bikes don’t have padded seats. You should be wearing padded cycling shorts, not changing the seat. If you want a comfy seat without the shorts then don’t buy a spin bike and get a regular excersize bike.
Reviews from purchasers :
- Doing a good job (so far)
- Great piece of kit
- Nice bike very pleased with it use it most days
Excellent bike, easy to assemble, very stable and suitable for people above 100kg. Seat is easily adjustable up and down and this makes it great for the whole family. It was delivered quickly just before christmas.
Great spin bike and very happy with the purchase. Had the bike a month now and use it every day for around 30 minutes in conjunction with online spin classes. Great spin bike and very happy with the purchase only very minor gripe is that there are no instructions for routine maintenance contained in the user guide. Highly recommended for those wanting their first spin bike.
