High Street TV Chair Gym – Multi gym fitness chair full body slimming toning workout : Good value for money

I have only used it 14 times so far.

Definitely very good if you are seeking to improve basic fitness and. Ok for the revenue and does what it does really perfectly. Actually superior if you are seeking to enhance general fitness and would match people who want gentle controlled excercise.

I have provided it four stars as i have not had likelihood to use it a lot yet but so significantly so fantastic. Simple to put with each other and when i’ve got use to the workouts it need to be quite excellent. Signifies i can work out at property at any time of working day. It can be utilised for a full body workout and would not consider up a lot space when folded up.

5 star magnificent i adore it and acquire time. 5 starfabulous i love it and acquire time. Hold going and i lost loss excess weight 4lb a 7 days.

  2. Fantastic chair gym for anyone who struggles to exercise. I was worried about ordering this chair based on other sellers negative review but i’m so glad i did. Firstly comes really well packaged in great box with handle so great if ordering as a gift. Quick and easy to put together albeit i do need someone to tighten the fittings a little more with included allen key as i cant get backif chair filly secure. Another buyer commented on it been sharp and cheaply made, but i’ve felt all over and the entire frame is smooth and all in all great value for money. I’ve also purchased a separate chair gym twister which you place on the seat. On the box it shows the chair on a round mat which says chair gym but unfortunately can’t find the mat to buy anywhere. Not actually used yet due to recent spinal surgery but i know with my mobility problems this is going to be a great source of exercise, which can have strength level increased if/when more able. Previously due to my mobility problems ive not be able to exercise, but feel having done a quick tryout just before surgery i’ll definitely be able to do the exercises and been able to do whilst seating and/or having something to hold onto for support and has someone not really into exercising this is something i’ll be able to do whilst watching tv so shouldn’t get board. Overall highly recommended piece of exercise equipment for anyone but particularly anyone with mobility problems and or notysed to or interested in exercising.

    Works very well, easy to set up and use and some excellent exercise videos to keep you moving. Easy to fold away and store, easy to pull out and set up. Low impact but sufficiently challenging for me. Very pleased with this purchase.

    That i should be taking more exercise to ensure better mobility in my later years. I have recently celebrated my 60th birthday and realise that i should be taking more exercise to ensure better mobility in my later years. Saw this advertised on tv, and thought it would suit me. I am glad i ordered it, i can exercise whenever i want without having to go to a gym. Follow the sessions on the accompanying dvds and chair stores neatly away when i’m done.

    I’ve given it 4 stars as i’ve not had chance to use it much yet but so far so good. Easy to put together and once i’ve got use to the exercises it should be very good. Finally something disabled people can use with confidence.

    For pilates stops half through. For pilates stops half through which is the one i wanted as having had surgery wanted the stretching exercises. Except for when doing cross over leg exercises the bands catch the other ankle which is more than uncomfortable. The rest of it is what i needed to get my muscles working again.
