A quite good get and i am happy with this product. Accurately as described incredibly durable and good and straightforward to use extremely compact it arrived with guidelines how to use.

An superb strong products. An outstanding sturdy product or service, but an educational dvd would have been beneficial. Also no paper guarantee was bundled with the product or service. A good selling price, as some of the other related items are pricey and around priced. I would endorse this solution.

Delighted i acquired this, as well early to say about the final results nevertheless but feels like i will shape up in the stop. Use it on manual most of the time and you know that you’ve got been on it immediately after 10 minutes. It is really just like carrying out yoga but significantly a lot more extreme.

But would have preferred an training manuel or anything that displays you what. It does the job, but would have favored an work out manuel or one thing that displays you what workouts you must do.

Too soon to see any results but it is certainly powerful; i use it for the recommended 10 minutes a day on p1. Some information on what position worked what area of the body would have been helpful but there is always google.

    I dont know whether it works. Fun but i haven’t noticed any weight loss. Can i also say that i, like a lot of people who have purchased this, am gobsmacked it comes with no exercise booklet.

Purchased this two weeks ago to tone up my legs i have been using it everyday for the recommended 10 minutes and can see the results already great buy would definatly recommend it the only down side is its quite heavy but slim enough to store under my bed apart from that its easy to set up plug it in and you are ready to go.

    Brilliant machine, great price. I have been using this machine for 3-4 days now and i am overall impressed with it. It comes with an eu international plugs, batteries included with the remote and is very sturdy. I’m 265lbs and it can support my weight without an issue. The boards very easy to set up however its fairly heavy so take caution when lifting it. Pros:-50 intensity levels-you get of the board actually feeling like you’ve ran 10 milescons:-remote could have been better manufactured (but hey, i’m reviewing the board, not the remote).

I have used something very similar for a month in australia, and i lost just short of a stone in weight, i also swam and did a lot of walking. I was keen to buy one when i came home and found the confidence vibe slim on amazon. It is the same concept as the one i used in australia. I have had it for three weeks and use it three times a week. I have noticed now how toned i am becoming. The only drawback is that the instruction leaflet that it comes with is very basic, and doesn’t give you enough info on the different modes. I have just set mine to manual and use it for 10 mins on setting 4 for 6 mins then reduce it down to 3 for 4 mins. I t would be good if there was a dvd to accompany it so i could use it to its full potential.
