Confidence Twist Stepper : great piece of kit!!!!

Great little machine, well made- it doesn’t fit under my sofa and not sure what to do with the ropes?i use it all the time tho and would recommend.

Great piece of equipment, enjoyed it so much i had to stop as my knees started to kill menot too quiet (squeaky as hell) but with loving partner who will take it all i can still exercise at any time :)gets me sweaty and speeds up my heart rate in no time.

Delivery was quick, some have said its abit noisy but mine is fine. Its handy if you haven’t got time to go the gym and it’s easy to store when not in use. Here are the specifications for the Confidence Twist Stepper:

Electronic counter doesn’t work but with a pedometer in my pocket, that counts the steps/calories.

Well, i’m a bit unfit, so thought i’d get some exercise stuff to help me loose a bit of weight and get fit, this thing is defiantly doing something to my legs already. . They’ve never ached so much.

Lasted a little over 12 months having been used 5 days per week for 30-45 mins per day. Foam hand grips split very early on (fixed them by wrapping tennis racket hand grip binding around them). Very squeaky but worked well until it broke.

    1. The twist stepper arrived today. So far so goodthe twist stepper arrived today. I was able to unpack and use straight away – feels sturdy and very comfortable to use.
