Looks incredibly great for exercise without the need for a large amount of work as the solution is motorised. Hope it will enable my knee in time. I consider to do thirty minutes morning and night. 1 smaller concern the pedals flip over and this will make it tough to fit the toes and set the velcro strap on.

Arrived early,instructions that you can recognize if i experienced to score this device it would be a1 plus i have crippling arthritis this bike assists me with my legs.

    1. I’m very pleased with my mini exerciser you can set it to what speed suits you from a gentle pace, no1 to a race no 12 , i usually set it at no 9for myself ,but i highly recommend it , if like me you can’t get around very well it helps to keep your muscles in shape.

Has i am disabled i have it on electric and it help me get the movement in my legs to help with the circulation.     1. Was pleased with the service it came three days early. Was pleased with the service it came three days early. I would have given it five stars but i found it was hard putting the pedals on but that was due to my painful hands. I have tried some excise items before so was not sure about spending out more money but after asking my grandson he said it would do no harm to try it out. Am 80years old with weak mussels due to walking on crutches for 20 years. And had been told by my doctor i needed to excise. All i can say is this bike is good value for the money so easy to use.

    Seems very good for exercise without the need for a lot of effort as the product is motorised. Hope it will help my knee in time. I try to do 30 minutes morning and evening. One small issue the pedals turn over and this makes it difficult to fit the feet and put the velcro strap on.

      1. It helps get your legs moving and i’m. It helps get your legs moving and i’m quite a heavy person. Great if your trying to gain your mobility back. I have only used this for a couple of weeks but i can feel it starting to help my legs and confidence.

    1. A good purchase for the unfit . However, in my opinion two points could be improved. Firstly, when starting a workout i find it somewhat difficult to put my second foot in the other foot grip without help as the peddle twists around until it and the foot strap are upside down – but maybe a higher chair seat would help resolve this issue. Secondly, for ease of use, the detachable control feature could do with a slightly longer electric cable (or better still be “remote”).

    Good for mild exercise but there is no resistance. Good for mild exercise but there is no resistance. Would only be useful to get knees moving after an operation but wouldn’t really make the muscles very strong.

    My legs get worse when cant exercise. I purchased this product as i have ms, which affects my right side, recently had a fall an broke a rib, complete ban on exercise, my legs get worse when cant exercise, so for me this was ideal, it was perfect, would recomend.
