It’s a bit of a novelty in my opinion. But if you want to keep fit, i wouldn’t recommend it.
Circle glide, wouldn’t call it a cross trainer. Circle glide, is very easy to set up managed it myself in about 10mins. It’s not the best made piece of equipment i’ve bought. Gives a good workout but not very difficult compare to other cardio workouts, would say its more for toning than a cardio workout. The dvd is simple made, and easy to follow but some of the movements are quite hard to move into due to the balance of the machine. Didn’t feel like much of a workout but ached the next day so must of done something, good machine for doing something extra when you can’t make the gym/swimmming etc.

I bought the circle glide after putting on a bit of weight and feeling like i needed to tone up again and its doing exactly what i feel it should. The machine itself was easy to construct (took about 10mins) and works perfectly. The handle bars on my model are extremely stable, so i dont have to worry about falling off the machine, which i was a bit concerned about after reading other reviews. The dvd included with the circle glide is also perfect for starting out on it, it slowly takes you through each movement before showing you a whole workout routine which was helpful as otherwise i’d have been lost about what to do. I can feel my bottom and my thighs achy after each workout so fingers crossed i’ll see the results soon.
Strong product , but plastic stoppers did not last long.
The parcel arrived perfectly on time. It took me no more than 15 minutes to mount, though i first mounted the handle bar back to front. Read the booklet, set up the dvd and did the whole 2 in 1 workout twice. Good fun, easy, maybe some problems in keeping a good foot grip, but i’m sure i will find the right balance after a while. I hope i’ll be able to find the time to do a full 1 hour workout everyday, it’s fun and i’d like to see the results on my legs, bum and tummy.
Circle Glide Cross Trainer : Good for toning but not cardio. . I can’t say i look like a supermodel after using this, although i do use it several times a week. It does make you sweat if you are doing the exercises correctly. It’s more of a toning machine than cardio, so continue to excercise in other ways.
