Body slimmer vibration plate. This is a solid product and sturdy and very good value for what it is. It works by rocking oscillations as opposed to the straight up and down vibrations of some other types. I have found this action particularly useful for back and joint massage and for help with a shoulder injury. I slipped a disc over 10 years ago and find this vibration plate ideal for therapy when my back is stiff or painful. Saves lots of money on a chiropractor. It is great if you lie over the platform with legs one side and head on a pillow the other side, with the small of your back on the vibrating plate(put a cushion over the plate for comfort). I particularly like the 10 minute session on maximum vibration and the way it gently winds down the speed at the end. You feel in agony afterwards but your back soon feels loose and relaxed.The remote control is also a boon.

Easy to use no physical work needed if you are not very supple ,just standing on it is working your muscles.

Over the last few years i’ve thought about trying one in a salon but didn’t have the confidence or like to indulge in that way, i read these reviews and it sounded promising so i took the plunge. It took me a few hours to be brave enough to take it out of the box mainly because i was so worried i’d be disappointed and either have to somehow get the bugger back or be lumped with a monstrosity to feel guilty about. I needn’t have worried, it’s fantasticand so so powerful & super quiet. 5inches in one week 1 inch from my tummy, 1/2inch from each thigh & 1/2 from my right bicep, i’mover the moon with these results. However those aren’t the only results i’ve hadmy achy knee pain has gone, my skin is softer & my fine lines have slightly diminished due to my lymphatic system getting rid of toxic crap, my libido is up, my cellulite is dramatically reduced and i feel tons more happier due to more serotonin being released. 1hr gym workout in 10mins without the load, exertion or joint stress. It feels euphoric to use, i’m even thinking it does my chakras some good. Quiet relaxing but invigourating at the same time. Could do with some expalation about the different levels and what they could be best used for.

This machine works very well in the last month i have tonned up my waist and my buttocks and feel great i now fit into my clothes that were getting too tight so i give it a 5 star rating ( must unlike me as ther is always room to improve.

Good service and appears to work. Just as advertised and fast delivery. It’s for the wife and she’s used it daily. I think it’s working as she looks more toned.

. Ordered on the sunday, recieved on the tuesday. Easy assemble take out of box and plug in. I have loads more energy and ‘well it works my bowels well’ i have noticed a weight loss and tightness. Would recommend this product from anything to aches and pains, massage, weight loss, and more energy.

    1. Conceptually these machines are great and this one is no different to the rule. However the product i have received is very squeaky. No clear way or substances provided to maintain the product or reduce the squeak. The shaker is good on setting p3 and can feel it doing its work, the top setting feels like it can do damage so a word of warning, be careful with the higher settings if you are particularly unfit. If you maintain a healthy diet and keep active then this device will help to tone your body. If you eat rubbish and don’t move further than your house to your car, then this won’t work any miracles. Long story short, eat well, go for walks and exercise and this machine will help make a difference. If you rely solely on this machine then you may end up disappointed.

This machine an economical aid in pursuit of health. . I wouldnt want to live in a flat underneath a user though.

    Loved it but there was a crack at the front so had to return it. Was picked up straight away & money returned. Would love to re buy it , but it’s not a oscillating plate , which is much better for you , health wise.

    It is heavy but i managed to lift it upstairs by myself so it’s not that bad, but be careful. I put a rubber mat under it to protect the carpet and it fits in my box room very easily. I thought it might be heard throughout my little house but it is really quiet and the vibrations didn’t make the floor vibrate or the ceiling downstairs. It is really easy to use on the preset programmes and the dvd was a useful start. I feel as if i have been to the gym. Here’s hoping that this is the start of a new me.
