    Branx customer services was a delight to deal with. Due to some hearing problems, i had to correspond using solely emails. So refreshing to deal with a person who responds and also it was always the same person i was in contact with. No need to repeat to a different person. What a breezearrangements were made to deliver quite quickly. Mutally agreed a date & time for delivery within a one hour slot and delivery was spot on. As for the treadmill itself, a good entry level treadmill with my requirment of a pulse monitor incorporated. Was made aware that the pulse monitor is a guide only and for strict medical purposes should not be taken as an accurate reading, but for my purposes as a rough guide was good enough and works automatically.

    I’ve had this treadmill for a month and it seems to be working well. It was squeaking quite a lot at first but once i put some extra lubrication on it things have been ok since. This treadmill is well built and i can see it is going to get my fitness levels right to where they should be with some hard work on my part of course. Highly recommended and customer service from rachel is top class.

The follow up customer service is good too – i lost the safety key and branx posted me a free replacement after just a phonecall. A couple of friends have bought branx treadmills on our recommendation and been very happy too.

    After the routes i normally run were either icy or thick mud i decided to purchase a treadmill. I looked at many different models which were either packed full of features but expensive or cheap but very basic. The reviews seemed to be very good so i decided to go for this model. The units are very well built and it feels like the price tag could be 2-3 times what it is. All the basic functions are there along with some added bonuses too. The platform is very comfortable to run on and the belt is very grippy to run on as you begin to wind up the speed. I love the ability to change the incline so you can increase/decrease the intensity as required. A great buy and branx are always on hand with advice or help should you need it.

    Imho this is a fairly sturdy treadmill and a brilliant value for money. Imho this is a fairly sturdy treadmill and a brilliant value for money. I’ve read in some other reviews there was some misalignment of assembly holes on uprights to console panel and i had the same issue when i tried to assembly it for the first time, but it was late and i probably was doing something wrong because next morning it was really easy and i couldn’t see what was the problem the night before. Odd, but anyway it was easy to assemble and it does the job perfectly. The speakers, although a nice addition, aren’t that good, the audio (as expected) isn’t great and i rather use earphones, but this might be me. I didn’t buy a treadmill to listen to music so i don’t care about this and all in all i think it is a good product.

    Great treadmill for the price. There was a delay with the product arriving but this was no fault of branx great service from them and rachel at the other end was always there to help. Some of holes were a bit difficult to line up in assembly but it’s a sturdy well built machine and a good quality treadmill for the home.

    1. Purchased this treadmill in jan 2016 for my older teenage son to help with his running training, however the whole family have been using it. It’s a great quality sturdy machine, smaller than a gym treadmill but just as good and nice compact size for the home. Easy to move about and the folding option is nice. The console is a bit on the large size, but you can rest your ipad on it easily and safely if you want to watch something while you run. Branx is super friendly and helpful with excellent customer service and quick delivery.

  20. Perfect running machine for home use. Very easy to assemble with instructions included and was ready to use in about 45 mins. I had no problems running the machine and find it very easy to use. It has a great selection of preset programmes and i love the fact i can plug in my phone and play music through the speakers while i run.
